Isobelle has been sick a few times today (on me as well) so I decided that we should have a bath together tonight (after a shower at the pool after the 1st incident). She always stands & holds onto the bath whilst I get her undressed. I then take her nappy off at the last min and pop her in the bath. I then got in as well & laid down to relax. Not long after getting in I could feel something under my back, I thought it might be 1 of her toys (which is silly as obviously all her bath toys float) I fished it out with my hands & at 1st I wasn't even sure what it was, as soon as I realised it was a poo I jumped out of the bath!! . I then drained it, finding another.
Moral to this story, just because there isn't a poo in the nappy doesn't mean that there isn't a poo attached to your babies bottom!
Lesson learnt I think!!!!

That happened last week to C, when sharing a bath with J.
He has NEVER moved so fast in his life. it was all stuck to the bottom of the bath, so I had to scrape it off. Grim.
Hope I is feeling better now.

Are you sure she didn't just poo in the bath? Leila does this and we never realise she's doing it until it floats past her. It's grim, especially for her poor sisters who share a bath with her!

Oh god, i have a fear of bath poos! We've not had it yet but bound to at some point. That did make me laugh though, hehe!!

You can usually tell when she's doing a poo as she really makes a meal of it (so to speak) & we'd only been in the bath minutes. I'll be checking her thoroughly next time!
