So we have a girl's name picked, well we have a few but one that stands out which is Megan.
The plan is Megan Elizabeth but I think I want to keep Elizabeth in case of a third child as I love the name Libby.
However, now we are stumped as nothing sounds right. H has said no to Jayne and Rose. May is out. Love Florence but my cousin has a little girl with Florence as a middle name, although could still potentially use it.
Any thoughts please? Surname begins with H and is a three syllable name.

Just to add, this could all be a moot point as we don't know the sex yet! lol!

I think three syllables work well, or longer.

How about Daisy, Sophie, Grace, Lily, Lucy, Anne, April, Holly (nearish to Christmas!), Eve/Evie, Polly.
Megan is lovely btw :)

Ducky, some lovely choices there. I have taken note of Sophia and Isabella especially! Thankyou!
Lamby, thankyou, we think so too lol. I love Eve and think OH would prefer it a a middle name as he said no to a first name.
OH has just come up with Skye which I think is quite pretty, it's not as traditional as I would normally go for and would never have imagined he would like it but it is now on the short list.
This baby will be a boy now, watch! lol

I think I agree with Ducky. Even though Megan isn't a particularly short name, I think it sounds good with a longer middle name. Of those Ducky suggested, I like Olivia and Isabella.

I thought Louise immediately
Megan Louise Honeywill

Ck...I'm not sure my name flows quite right with it, middle name is better though which would be Megan Victoria?
I love Beatrice or Beatrix but oh said no :( Knees, I do like Isabella a lot. Thankyou all, have got a few to think about now. I like Megan Louise Belle but Louise is out :( Amy is a good one too. Hmm.

You got any meaningful family names?
My boys have middle names that mean something. I wouldn't just have one "just because", if that makes sense???

Makes complete sense Abnormal Kitty!
Family names I wouldn't mind using as middle names are Linda, Florence which my I love as a first name but oh doesn't, my cousin has used as a middle name too but don't think that would stop me, Lindsey or Jayne. My middle name is Victoria which is a possible as a middle name. Also from looking at my family tree we like Alice who was my great-grandmother. Hmm actually, quite like Megan Lindsey.
On his side there was Rose but he doesn't want it and his mum who's middle name it is has always hated it. That's it, no other possibles there.
Boys names are easier for us with family names, one of our boys names is his grandad's name and my grandad's middle name together!

I'm Megan Alice

That was our choice before we thought of Elizabeth JB and it is still a high contender :)
