....that's Mum's in need of sleep in case you didn't know!!
So last night A woke for a bottle at 2.40 and then refused to go back to sleep for 2 hours ....He then woke at 5.20 for his next feed, and O promptly woke for the day at 6.40 ....I am done in and running yet again on no more than 3hrs sleep!! I expected the newborn days to be crap but this is royally so compared to when O was teeny (mainly as can't catch up during the day as you've a toddler to entertain too!)
Any other mums on the MINOS bench? x

Oh yes! Until 2 nights ago E was perfect. She'd go down between 10 and 11, wake at 3ish for 2 hrs, then sleep again for 2 hrs. Last 2 nights it's taken her ages to get to sleep (well past 11) and she's woken at 2.30ish and stayed awake. Aaargh! Daytime she only naps on me, so I can't even catch up then. I feel your pain!

I'm not on the bench today but sending sympathy your way. I'm dreading the first weeks of being alone with newborn and toddler...!

My husband has said I've turned into a machine.
2 hours sleep in a row and I am a new woman. There have been many nights where I have had less than an hour yet somehow plough on. One baby settles and the other wakes up. It's really fun when both are grumpy. Naat.
I am a MINOS.

Ducky, I doff my hat to you. Twins must be exhausting. And I think you're bf so can't down coffee by the bucketload? Sad times.
I'm not on the bench today (10.30pm-4.50am, woo-hooooo!) but frequently am.

I'll be on the MINOS bench today. O and L decided to clamber into bed with H and I halfway through the night, L fidgeted so much and managed to kick me in the head and Woke H up properly so he's up too (DINOS?). O back in his own bed now but L still in with me as she wakes when I try to pick her up. We're off to the zoo this morning, so fat chance of a sleep for me.

I feel for you all ladies. Ducky - It's bad enough with a toddler and a newborn so hats off to you for managing with 2 babies!!
DS - hope you enjoy the zoo today despite the sleep deprivation. Colchester? We're considering annual passes at the mo.
Thankfully last night wasn't so bad. Slept pretty from 9-2 (as did I! ;-) ) and then back down from 3.15-5ish. He's asleep again now. No denying I'm still shattered but not a patch on what I was!
