Hi ladies. Did we all have good weekends?
We had a busy weekend. They seem to go too quickly don't they? We had a trip to Ikea to get a stair gate and a few other things. We had an offer on our house on Friday but it was too low so we are hoping to hear back from them today.
Were off to our usual buggy babes workout in the park later today. Then I think I need to get a few bits and bobs to make Ds cbeebies birthday card.
I'm having very few symptoms at the moment which is a bit worrying. No doubt I will end up doing another HPT in the next few days.
Hi to everyone that follows!

Hi MS sorry that the offer on your house wasn't what you were hoping for, hopefully they were just being cheeky and will put in another more sensible one! Symptoms never really kicked in for me until 6 weeks, it's early days yet. Did you suffer much with D?
AFM busy weekend! First birthday party for one of S's friends on Saturday then all day in London with my cousins and sister yesterday. My cousin and his wife are expecting their first baby mid Feb and it was so tempting to tell them but I restrained myself! Today will be spent with my feet up as much as poss as am pooped!

MS - Sorry the offer wasn't what you were looking for. fx they come back with a better one! It is still early for sickness symptoms etc, so try not to worry too much! You'll be missing the quiet when it does kick in! :-)
Popcorn - that's lovely about your friends! you'll be able to share your news just shortly! :-)
AFM - I'm at work today for the first time in over a week! I'm a bit concerned at the sudden low illness i'm feeling (i still feel ick, but not 'throw my stomach contents' ick as i've been lately. I went for a walk around the football field down from our house with W last night and i had some sore cramping a couple of times while i was walking, which is just adding to my worry a bit.
Got someone coming to look at a buggy tomorrow night and hopefully buy it, and i have another person coming to look at one of my other buggies on Saturday and hopefully buy that too! Then i'll be able to buy the buggy i want! - or at least, i've got some money saved up to put towards it! :-)
Hate work. People don't seem to appreciate that you have loads to catch up on seeing as you were off, but they'll stand over you to get you to do something that they emailed you about.

Sorry work is rubbish RKB, can't help if you're worrying too. Tell me about the buggy you want to take your mind off it! H and I are so in denial about needing to think about a double buggy. Just another thing to bury our heads in the sand about! I think that come 37ish weeks you might have to nag me about getting it sorted lol!

Thanks Popcorn. we're not going for a double buggy. The reason i'm selling ours just now is that W won't use them. He screams blue murder if we try to put him in it as he wants to walk all the time. I want one that will be compatible with our current car seat (Maxi Cosi Cabriofix) I really like the Joie Chrome www.mothercare.com/Joie-Chrome-Pushchair---Jade-*Exclusive-to-Mothercare*/650677,default,pd.html but i suppose i still have time to change my mind!
Have you had your referrals through yet? And i will be keeping on top of you to make sure you're getting things sorted mrs!! - Just to make you feel bad :-p I've already got a cotbed for #2, and i've also got a Maxi Cosi Tobi car seat for when #2 needs to more up to a bigger seat! (Someone was giving them away free on the local buy and sell pages, so i figured i might as well!)

Good stuff! glad to hear you have them through! And as if by magic, the sickness is back! REALLY need to stop saying that i'm concerned it's gone, because it comes back almost instantly the minute i say that!
