Morning all you lovely ladies. How are we all? Did we all have a good weekend?
I'm currently in bed feeling rotten. I think I've got some kind of sickness bug :-(. Still in complete shock over our news on Sat. We're going to book in for another scan this week to make sure both are still okay. As it's early days and I am paranoid about vanishing twin syndrome.

Sorry you're feeling rotten MS, hope you feel better soon. I'm not surprised you're still in shock, it's such enormous news if you're not expecting it.
I'm feeling awful today, woke up to a bit of bleeding this morning which seems to be tailing off now but it's still got my mind working overtime. I feel dizzy and nauseous but I'm not sure whether that's because I feel that way anyway or because I'm worrying myself sick. Can I just sleep for the next week and wake up to go for my early scan please? Sorry to be on such a downer.

MS - Sorry you're feeling rubbish, hope it's just a 24 hour thing and you feel better soon. Congratulations once again on the twinnies! I'm not surprised you're still in shock!
AFM - Well I'm not feeling great either, I just feel low, keep getting headaches, I'm not as congested as I've been so that's something, the nausea kicked in at the weekend but it's not been so bad I haven't physically been sick yet. I'm hoping I can manage a full week at work without pulling a sicky as has been the case the last 3 weeks, and work have been great but I still feel guilty.

ST - It's all normal I've spotted right the way through and it's been a complete head f**k, like it's not bad enough going through what we have they throw in some bleeding for good measure. As long as it tails off and is not bright red I was always told not to worry. What you are going through at the moment getting to your early scan is by far the hardest part. I can tell you that I haven't been half as worried waiting for my 12 week scan. In fact I've not really been thinking about it that much, I think because my body is telling me I'm pregnant it's all the reassurance I need. So the fact you are feeling crap is a fab sign and you only have a week to go eeeeek! x

ST - try not to worry, as CL says if it's just brown spotting it's fine. I imagine that's why you're feeling sick from worrying. Or it could be morning sickness. I hope your early scan comes around quickly.
CL - sorry you're feeling rubbish but glad the congestion is starting to clear up. I hope you feel better soon. Don't feel guilty about work, it's important that you look after yourself.

MS - Sorry you are feeling rubbish and hope you feel better soon. It's massive news you've had I'm sure it'll take a while to sink in.
ST - Sorry you've had the spotting, I would be worrying like mad too if I had some. It's hard not to fret anyway. You could be having some morning sickness already, I thought I was actually going to throw up in Costco at the weekend, thankfully it passed. It would be great to be able to fast forward the weeks wouldn't it.
CL - Sorry you are still feeling rubbish, put yourself before work. I hope it gets better soon.
AFM - I'm full of cold so have taken the day off work. I've had some nausea already, it comes and goes. I'm trying to work out what to do about dying my hair, a post on the facebook group got me googling and now I'm concerned about doing it in first tri.
Also how do I get a ticker on my signature, I've tried and it won't work!

Testing to see if the ticker works!

CL - I know you're right, that's why I haven't phoned the clinic. It's just hard to stay rational with all these hormones flinging themselves around my body! I'm glad you're feeling less congested, I hope everything else feels better soon. DOn't worry about work, you've got nothing to feel guilty for. You have much higher priorities now!
MS - thanks, I've just about convinced myself to stop worrying now - aside from anything else, worrying won't change anything.
Dolly - I've been suffering nausea/sickness since I was 3+4 so this is really nothing new, but thankfully haven't actually vomited since 3+5. Hope you're resting today and managing to fight the cold off.
