How is everyone? I'm up for the school run, it's not all fun having a 4yo lol still no real movements but the scan on Saturday said I had an anterior placenta so that will be why! Midwife tomorrow and scan 3 weeks tomorrow. It's also my 30th birthday a week today, gutted I can't drink but looking forward to it.
OB is it your scan today?

Sorry the school run means no lie-in, although my toddler was up at half 6 this morning, so dunno whats better, LOL.
Been busy as usual so apologies for being a rubbish MD'er. Drove a couple of girls and their horses to some cross country competition yesterday. Was frikking freezing - but i quite enjoying watching them galloping over the jumps (ummm actually, insert jealous icon!).
Need to pop a new urine sample to doctors this morning (as mine that the midwife sent away last week "leaked in transit". In other words, they dropped it, grrr) and then do a Tesco shop.

Hope your all ok, I'm signed off work until Thursday, had the most horrendous night sleep you could ever imagine and feel terrible today, my back is still in pieces but today my bump is really hurting anyone had this?

Isis I have an anterior placenta also and a bit gutted I won't feel movements till later than other women. You'll need to let me know when you do start feeling the baby!
HF - hope your own horse is doing better. That's annoying about your sample!!
CK I'm a mini bit confuzzled by the order of your posts...might just be my tired brain!! Oh to be 28 though!!!
NLH that's rubbish. Must be good to have some down time to rest.
AFM bought our pushchair/pram yesterday! Got an amazing deal on a baby jogger versa so am delighted! I didn't think I'd make a big purchase so early but the deal was too good to pass over. Otherwise, I'm feeling good! :)
Hello to all who follow!

Sorry haven't been on much. Busy weekend as always. I was treating my friend on Friday night who is 37+ weeks with her third. We spent ages working on her labour pressure points and reflexs and she's been having tightenings a since so hopefully things are getting going! She's so big and uncomfortable now, not looking forward to that stage myself!
I bought a Doppler last night so can't wait for it to arrive and I've been lusting over the pram I'm ordering. Here's a link if anyone wants a nosey.
I'm actually in love lol this site is the best price I can find but won't have stop until November so I'm holding out ordering until nearer the time.
CK hope you're having fun with your señorita!
Isis we are 5/6 weeks into full time school and I'm sick of the school run already, especially bad the days L has nursery as well. I need to drop him late and collect him early to get to school on time.
HF sorry you're missing riding. How is your horse? Did the vet have better news than you expected?
NLH what kind of bump pain do you mean? Hope it's not to bad. What did you do to your back? Hit bath with a few drops of lavender could help?
Have a good day everyone. I'm off to massage 80-95 year olds!

Uch that link didn't work. It's the Out n About Nipper 360 V3 in purple punch I'm getting x

I've been signed off with sciatica. But I've woke up today and everything hurts including my bump, its an ache and all over x
16/09/2013 at 10:06
Back from the school run and I'm contemplating a second breakfast and a nap lol
HF, what a pain re your sample, hope you get the results back quickly.
CK, you sound pissed lol hope you're ok x
Nlh, I'd seriously look into an osteopath or similar, my mums used them for sciatica and had brilliant results
Sweetpea, I may have felt the odd movement but nothing certain, I felt Jude first just before my 20w scan so a way off yet :( great news about a good deal, love a bargain! I've a funny feeling mil will be ordering ours soon now she knows it can be pink lol
LR, pram looks lovely, I don't think I'd get a nipper through my front door! I want to be able to leave the pram up in the hallway so I think bee is the right choice for us. I'm jealous of the old dears getting massages!
16/09/2013 at 10:09
Hey everyone! Hope you are all well :)
Isis, yep it's our gender scan today. Not til 7pm though!! Can't wait to see baby again :)
16/09/2013 at 10:14
Omg that's like forever away! Good luck, bet you're excited :)
16/09/2013 at 10:18
Isis - If space is an issue then the Bee is a good idea.
I have the double Nipper already and it's really neat so the single is going to seem tiny! I've always kept the pram up in the dining room and used it for day time naps. I've now found you can get carpet saver covers for the wheels which I think I will get as I now have carpet, had Carndene before so was easy to clean.
16/09/2013 at 10:19
OB hope the day goes fast!
I have my 20 week scan next Monday (at 20+5) H doesn't want to know the flavour though, I'm in two minds!
16/09/2013 at 10:30
Ooh tell me more about carpet savers, just for the nipper? We have carpet throughout downstairs except for in the kitchen which is too small for the pram. I'll try and use it when I can for daytime naps (baby dependant!!) as it can easily be in the hall but seen from the living room and dining room.
I think you should find out :)
16/09/2013 at 10:35
Not pissed mumdrum *** on my phone and has jumbled my post :-(
16/09/2013 at 10:36
Ob good luck today x
16/09/2013 at 10:46
Know how you feel, hate it on my phone!
16/09/2013 at 11:10
They are like elesticared bags that go over the pram wheels for bringing it indoors. I was thinking it would also be good for putting a wet or mucky pram in the car. I'm sure they were on that sure I posted. I looked at so many site last night though
16/09/2013 at 11:11
Back for a moan..... Dropped urine sample off. Asked when results would be back. Receptionist said phone Friday. Okay, but I'm going on holiday on Monday and I guarantee I wont be able to get a doctor's appointment (if I need antibiotics) on Friday. Gah, useless!
Also carpenter rang I was heading out the door (9:20am) asking if he could pop in and sort floorboards in an hour's time. YES PLEASE. I practically ran to docs and round Tesco ..... Got home within the hour, he isn't here - its now 11:10am. So flipping annoying. I could have popped to bank to pay in 2 cheques and nipped to see my horse too. Grrrrrrrr!
