5.45am this morning. Why Jacob, it's still the middle of the night? Baby wise not much to report, it feels like there's a whole till anything else happens now, my next midwife appt isn't till 28 weeks, so just bobbing along for a little while. Still getting gentle nudges, silly anterior placenta getting in the way. I had my first time of really seeing where she was yesterday though, I was lying on my back and the whole of my right side was a good 2" higher than the left, and way more solid. I can't normally tell, even when lying down, so that was kind if nice see her if that makes any sense.
Hope everyone else had more sleep and have a fun Monday if I don't get a chance to catch up from work.

SG you must be shattered. I hope tonight is better. Nice seeing Atila properly in your belly.,
AFM a week tomo is my next scan, can time just hurry up now?! Weekend was lovely and we've managed to sort out our bedroom so the 3rd bedroom is now getting more empty. Just a bit of furniture to sell now and it'll be clear! Yay!

SG- I feel your pain with the tiredness !
Imp- are you feeling excited? Are you still using the doppler?
Afm- 4.30am wake up for me again, I can't carry on like this and think I need to book a drs appt! I'm physically suffering from exhaustion I think now!
I think if the rest of the night was solid sleep it wouldn't be so bad but because that is Brocken sleep aswell I'm not getting any rest.
Went shopping with my mum at the weekend and nought lots of lovely pink girly bits and some adorable sleep suits!
Also we built the crib yesterday, I needed to make sure the mattress fit it, but it looks adorable ! I can't believe there will be a baby in there !!

Hey mon, the crib looks so lovely and pink! I'd go to the doctors. Is there any consistent reason that you wake up?
I'm more nervous than excited. I'm still using my Doppler which should be reassuring me but I'm beginning to second guess myself, is it definitely the baby I've been hearing, what if it's not, bla bla bla. Basically this whole thing so far has sent me cuckoo!

Does yours display the heartbeat?
I'm uncomfortable most of the time, but the carpel tunnel is getting worse and now I think it's in my feet aswell :-(

Oh no, defo get to the docs then. Did you speak to the mw about a referral?
Mine does display the heart rate, and whilst I know it's logical to think it's the babies heartbeat- logic doesn't come into this. As I say, cuckoo!! Haha!

the midwife said it could take up to 4 months for me to see anyone , which doesnt help me really haha!
with your doppler, listen to your heartbeat and then listen to babies, does that reassure you ?

i have a drs appt for tomorrow at 5.30

Glad you've got an appt, what use is 4 months to anyone? You'll have had the baby by then!
It should help mon but at this stage I am not worth reasoning with. I am hoping after the next 2 scans I'll relax a little- then I might go back to being the logical person that i really am.

SG, for the early morning wake up, i suppose its something to look forward to with toddlers?
Monnie, my god, I'm so glad you are going to the doctor! Back home I know someone who was told to take an antihistamine to help with sleep, but not sure if they do that here. I hope they do have something to suggest.
Imp, good luck on the scan, and Monnie has given good advice, listen to both your and the baby's heartbeat.
AFM, knee is feeling better, and in its place my wrist is aching even worse than my knee did. It was already hurting a bit before the knee, but i think having to support myself getting up and down has really hurt my wrist. Wtf, does every pregnant woman just seem to fall apart? I'm going to pick up a tensor bandage or a wrist brace at boots, whatever they have.
In happier baby news, I'm pretty sure i have felt baby now. I still haven't felt any bubbles or flutters, but I'm pretty sure i got a good kick a couple nights ago, and some wriggles in between. I'm currently trying to lie still and feel some more, but no dice just yet.
Hi to all who follow!

SG, how lovely that you could see where baby is lying! That's very exciting. Hope you have a better sleep tonight.
Monnie, your crib looks lovely. Glad you have a drs appointment.
Imp, you are definitely listening to baby. Your heart rate would be much, much slower xx Wishing time to really hurry up so that you can see that all is well with Happy Feet :)
Wispa, oh no, sorry your wrist is hurting, but at least your knee is getting better. How exciting that you felt some kicks!
AFM, I'm still floating on a fluffy pink cloud :) I bought some storage boxes yesterday and have sorted baby's things into sizes and packed them away until we'll need them. I keep sneaking a little peek inside them though. Everything is so teeny tiny!
Hi to all who follow, hope everyone is having a good Monday x

Wispa it sounds as though you are falling apart. I wonder why you're joints are affeted?
Fig, thanks I know you're right really. I just need to see it now.
How exciting about all your purchases, the ones I've seen are gorgeous and you've got one spoilt little girly already!
