Hi Ladies. I don't even know how I come across this thread but it was the two of you discussing Inositol for irregular cycles. I wondered whether either of you ended up taking it? And whether you think it helped? Thanks.

i did take it and it brought my cycles in to 28 days from 40+ days so i loved it, and im currently 6 weeks pregnant !
Im not too sure about CC's experience but she is also in her 1st Tri with me!
so im a big believer in inositol!

Sorry didn't see this thread, I did take it yes... From the start of July, I got my BFP in Aug, I can honestly say it is the reason I got my BFP, I have PCOS and irregular cycles, and haven't been preventing pregnancy for 3 years... I also temped for July/Aug and DTD a few times a week... I wasn't expecting it to happen but I only went threw 1 and half pots of it :)!
Hope that helps!

Oh wow Monnie - amazing. Where did you buy it from if you don't mind me asking? I'm definitely going to give it a go now!
CC - Wow! So so so glad I asked about this now. As you know - I have crazy cycles also, so willing to try anything to sort them out :)

I got mine from Holland and Barrett, It wasn't that cheap but well worth it in my opinion but they often have 3 for 2 etc :)

CC - Was it Choline & Inositol that you got? (www.hollandandbarrett.com/.../product_detail.asp)
I've been able to find it with and without the Choline and I'm not sure which one it is that I need :)
I'll pay anything to sort my cycles! Lol!

Thank you - I'll try in store instead of online! Do you mind me asking how much you both took of it?
02/10/2013 at 14:52
I think I took the maximum dose of 3 tablets a day :)

Awesome! Thanks again, will stop pestering you both now :-)
