I sailed through my 1st pregnancy with only a few days of sickness very early on & only small aches & pains & stretching pains but more so in 3rd tri. THis time I had almost constant nausea for 1st tri & tiredness that still hasn't eased much. I've also got sciatica on & off in my bum (didn't get that till mid 3rd tri last time) & had a sore pelvis for last few days. Not sure if it's running around after/lifting a toddler, living in a 3 storey house or just being older but it seems like such an effort to do anything these days. I know I have a rubbish memory but this time in my last pregnancy we went on holiday to the Lakes & I did a lot of walking & cycling with only little end of day aches. Please tell me this will get easier. Trying to rest as much as I can but I honestly feel more like 30 weeks than 14!! Help! Any suggestions!!

Not what you want to hear but I felt like this too. I made sure that I kept my knees together as much as possible when sitting down, getting off the bed and getting into the car, and that lessened my sore pelvis. I rested a lot, even if it meant having CBeebies on to keep O occupied. Hopefully, things will get easier in the next few weeks as you're still coming out of the 1st tri haze x

Actually I wanted to hear that this was normal! I googled sore pelvis & have just seen lots of things about SPD which also said about not crossing my legs (haven't heard that before). Isobelle has been watching a lot of Peppa recently (& In the night garden - which I'm not a fan of as the voices do my head in) but will keep on with that. 1st day at work in over 3 weeks tomorrow but at least all the adults know so I can hopefully get away with sitting down a lot! Thanks x
