What worked best for you when you had morning sickness? I'm scared of going near most foods at the moment because of how sick just the smell is making me feel. any ideas welcome!

I'd recommend just the usual of dry crackers, plain biscuits, eat something before you get out of bed and keep trying to eat little and often rather than big meals. I think it's a case of trial and error i'm afraid, what works for some doesn't work for others.
You could also try ginger. and keep drinking water :-)

Literally what ever you can face but it's so important to try and keep eating. I was always worse when I hadn't eaten for a while and then it spiralled. Plainer the better for me. Except wotsits randomly!

thanks ladies, i wont feel so bad for just eating bread at this stage then! I've ordered crackers and ginger in the weekly shop so i'm hoping they help!

Crackers or white bread but mostly tesco malted milk biccies. Lemon and lime fizzy water too and sprite. And salt snd vinegar crisps too at first.
I sympathise - am currently sat at my desk demolishing a packet of plain cream crackers because it's all I can face. Definitely agree with the others that don't allow yourself to get too hungry otherwise you will feel so much worse. I am finding that salt and vinegar crisps are helping me as well at the moment. I think it's the sharpness, it cuts through the horrible taste I always seem to have in my mouth. Just eat whatever you can stomach, hope you start to feel better soon.

I was living on salt and vinegar walkers, plain walkers or quavers!

eat little and often and only what you actually fancy (i still feel sick when i think about the lamb dinner put in front of me at a christmas meal, bleugh). I lived off jacket potatoes!! The blander the better! I've only recently been able to eat garlic again!

Just to echo what others have said, I also found peppermint tea helped on the days I really couldn't face food for a while- really hope it goes away soon MS is awful x
