    Hey ladies.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to ease morning sickness.  I'm nearly 8 weeks pregnant and have felt constantly sick for a week now. I haven't actually been sick but fed up of heaving and feeling so nauseous.

Congratulations closmith I remember speaking to you on the other forum over christmas.

I'm a week ahead to what i thought after speaking to the midwife. I'm 7 weeks 4 days. I've felt sick for a week now. Just constantly feeling sick and have a good aversion to peas randomly haha the thought of them make me heave.

Glad you hear you're feeling well xx

    Hello

Horrible thing to be feeling :(

My sickness started when i was 6 weeks pregnant... Nothing I've done has helped my sickness. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and still going sick. & still taking medication for it.

I found that eating as soon as you wake up in the morning would ease the sickness for a bit. If it doesn't help phone your gp to see. Everyone keeps telling me about ginger biscuits aswell!

Hope that is of any help xx

I'm in an early stage of pregnancy but I have been feeling sick and not actually being sick. The one thing that helps me because I can't get past the nusiea is drinking flavoured water

having "no to morning sickness tea" is effective. I never got that overwhelming condition during the complete course of pregnancy since I started using it, don't know if it works for everyone or not but it worked wonder for me,.

    Hi all,

im 4weeks + 6 days pregnant and although I haven't had any morning sickness yet I've had a lot of tiredness (is that a word 😂) and small cramps. Has anyone else had the same in fourth week? Also really big mood swings!

Sounds strange but I'm looking forward to morning sickness, any symptom makes me realise that I'm actually pregnant! it still hasn't sunk in

I was saying that at first Madambel! Trust me, you won't be saying that when you do get ms! I was being sick all day yesterday on and off till 11pm. It started around week 5 and im now 8+5. It comes and goes, but somedays are hell and I end up in bed for hours. I refuse to give into antisickness tabs tho! I do like knowing I have a healthy jelly bean!

I've tried the ginger biscuits (tasted SO much worse on the way back up, and has put me off them for life) Ginger ale -  horrible! And the nausea wrist bands worked for about a week & now it's back again 😂 Just gotta ride it out!

Sorry I'm only now replying Madambel!

Ive heard lots of stories from people saying the midwives wouldn't book them in for booking appt till they were 8 weeks! But mine called me back and got me in at what I thought was nearly 7 weeks. I ended up going, but due to some bleeding and pains I had an early ultrasound (at what i thought was nearly 9 weeks) but bean only measured at 6w3d. But could see the heart flicking away 😍❤️❤️ Only thing is ... she made me change my original scan date to one that's 2 weeks later! I'm currently back where I thought I was at 9weeks today! Next scan on 1st Feb ❤️

Aw that's so lovely! I've been looking into private scans from 8 weeks, I'm just dying to see! I'm 5 weeks 1 day today, im assuming the doctors will get back to me today or tomorrow with the results from my water sample since I gave them it on Thursday.

I can't wait to hear more about your pregnancy! Im so excited!
