Just wondering if any mums or mums to be just knew the gender of their baby before it was confirmed?

I 'knew' with my daughter, absolutely 100%. We didn't find out, but when she arrived, lo and behold she was a little girl. With my second pregnancy I was absolutely convinced it was a boy... but my intuition was all off and another girl arrived! That was a shock. Luckily everything we had was neutral anyway, and I had refrained from buying little boys things!

I was convinced from 9 weeks that we were having a boy.... 20 week scan confirmed I was right!

I knew I was pregnant almost straight away. I've never been pregnant before so it's not as though I knew what to look out for. Now I'm convinced I'm having a girl. It's far too early to have a scan yet but I'm dying to know if I'm right. I'm not actually too fussed about the sex of my baby, as long as baby (almost put she!) is healthy.

My symptoms made me believe girl but Im having a boy lol,my gut instinct after first scan was boy but my symptoms kept changing n my bf was convinced we was having a girl so I changed my mind too lol
Should always go with first gut instinct though, I think this lesson taught me lol xx

Ive not been on here for a while but if you search back through my posts I had something similar - and I was so wrong.
I was 100% certain I was having a girl to the point where I actually saw a few girl sale bits and bought them I was that convinced.
I had a nub theory post on here all said girls, all my signs were girls etc and I cant tell you how much my deep intuition told me it was a girl.
I had an early gender scan and the stenographer did not even have to tell me because I saw a giant penis on screen! I have never been so shocked it took me weeks to get my head around it.

I have two boys and am now pregnant with my little girl. My two boys I had no clue as to what they were but this time I was subconsciously saying she. I had to try and convince my self it was another boy to avoid the shock but I was right all along. My husband was convinced he only produces boys as his family is male heavy But at 22 weeks scan she is definitely a she. Well still have 10 week to be 100% sure but had a direct potty shot on scan and it definitely looked like female parts! Sonographer was very certain of girl after that!

I definitely think most people do 'know' deep down. I wasn't surprised at all when my little one came along and he was a boy - I knew from day 1 it would be a boy I am not pregnant with number 2, and whilst a lot of people say they think this one is a girl, I am convinced its another boy! I think people say girl because its nice to have 1 of each if you catch my drift??
But then I guess the only person that really knows is that little bean inside you xx

I'm subconsciously saying she as well and it's just a feeling I have. It's weird as I've always said I'd rather a boy first (as I have older brothers and it's nice to have someone looking out for you) so I don't think it's my strong desire for a girl that is causing me to convince myself I am having a girl.
I'm definitely going to have a gender scan so we shall see, only about 10 weeks to wait!

I had a very strong preface for a girl and I do think that played a part in what I thought was my intuition.
Now I have my head around it i cant wait to meet my little boy.
Well let us know if you were right! x

My husband said he's been having visions we're having twins - I bloody hope not! It's far to expensive having one!!!

Have you had any scans or midwife apps yet?
05/08/2015 at 13:36
I have a scan on the 22nd which is an early scan I'm paying for. My midwife appointment is on the 28th. I highly doubt it's twins - he's just trying to scare me!
Have far along are you Alba?

I am 26 weeks at the moment, I was originally due on the 18th Nov but has been brought forward for medical reasons so penciled in for a c section last week of October.
I also paid for early scan and got a package so we have been luck to have quite a few scans.
My midwife has been great.
Let me know if its twins x
