I ordered the kitchen diner that very excited kindly linked to a couple of weeks ago. Should have been delivered within 4 days and I still hadn't heard anything gives be them a call this morning.
They admitted that it had got lost in the system so to speak! Anyway as way of apology they're arranging for it lot be sent out next day delivery at their cost and also popping some gift vouchers in the post to apologise for the inconvenience. All without being asked.
Ideally they wouldn't have lost my order but praise where it is due, their customer service team was excellent and I'm more likely to return after such a positive experience.
Thought I share a good experience!

Thats good! I think the way a company handles a c o c k up says loads about how they value their customers.

Exactly my thoughts Maisie moo. I'm happy to recommend them now based on their customer service. I've always found the same with John Lewis. X

That's good to hear, I've had a few bad experiences with mothercare recently (but many good over the years) and have just ordered a breastpump on pre order from them and was a little worried it wouldn't show up! Good to know they have decent customer service!
