I had the nausea up till my first scan at 13 weeks then it just disappeared? The only thing that helped me through it was eating arrow root biscuits (dead cheap from the supermarket) and if they werent available I would eat little and very often cause the minute I felt a little bit hungry I couldnt stomache to eat anything ...
my nausea has come back a little in the past few weeks so I kept up with the little and often with lots of water and it seems to have subsided again ...
Hope that helps hun xxx

hey hun i'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and even tho i wasn't actually sick up untill about 2 weeks ago i felt sick from the min i got up till about 6-7pm at night, it totally wiped me out i wanted to do nothing more than lie on the sofa.
unfortunatly didn't really find anything specific that helped but sipping fizzy coke or lemonade helped sometimes, plain cream crackers and ginger biscuits also helped to. hopefully your's will go just like mine did but i never had anything like that when i was pregnant with charlie either so its quite a shock to the ole' system when u end up feeling so rough
feel better soon hunny xx

I'm Erika Thompson - midwife from Beautiful Births. Nausea is horrible - but hopefully it will pass soon. Normally 12 to 16 weeks. In the meantime I'd reccommend ginger biscuits or any other ginger products. Keep a packet with you whereever you go. Eat small amounts regularly. You need to graze on your food instead of big meals without snacks. Have a biscuit or dry toast by your bed so you can eat this before you actually get up. Eat it slowly and allow yourself time to wake gently before sitting up. Also, accupressure sea bands can help too.
Good luck and hop it passes soon for you.
