So I'm 18, I'm 23 weeks pregnant in two days, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how many glasses of milk I need to be drinking a day? I'm really struggling to get calcium into my diet

I would say that any amount of milk is better then no amount of milk!! Drink what you feel comfortable with hun.
Try not to worry to much on how much of this or how much of that you should be eating.. The general rule of thumb is to make healthy choices and of course not to be eating any of the risk foods (List of these foods can be found on NHS website)
I have milk with my breakfast every morning an also the occasional glass during the day or before bed (Milk is great for heartburn)
You can also look into multivitamins..

They advise 8-10pints of water each day but that can come through other drinks.
Milk is one of those lovely things that can found in other forms too - if you have a cup of tea or coffee you can add milk, cereal in the morning can include milk, you can have ice cream, you can have yoghurt, you can have cheese...whatever amount & form you are happy taking in.
Pregnancy multi vitamins can also boost your intake & are recommended to take throughout pregnancy.

I couldn't get enough of yogurt and cheese during my pregnancy. Definitely not the milk type. So got my calcium that way :)
I'm sure youl find something that will take your fancy. Plus like said above the pregnancy multi vitamins help with the diet balance for the baby :) x
