Firstly apologies as I'm sure this has been done a million times before but what can I use for my 9 week old with a cold?
I've got some of that 4little1 room vapour that you can use from birth, some snufflebabe and I've given her a steam - anything i'm missing?
Everything else we've got seems to be from 3 months.

Olbas (sp) oil on the pillow. I am not sure on the age recommendations so check but I remember it being fab when b was small. Raise the head end of the mattress so they can breathe a bit easier at night x

you can put vix on the soles of their feet

You need one of those squeezy bulb things that you can use to clear their noses - (I'm not describing it very well but they sell them in Boots, etc).

Use saline nose drops before the aspirator to loosen everything. I dont think you can use Vicks on babies that young? Also the soles of feet thing stops a cough brilliantly but bear in mind coughs are usually there for a reason e.g. to clear the chest so unless a child has had many nights of broken sleep because of a cough i would use with caution.
You can get olbas for babies but it might be 3 months plus?
