Florrie has generally poo'd every other day, but currently hasn't been since Friday. She doesn't seem uncomfortable but does have the most horrific smelling wind. When she does go usually its still liquid and mustard coloured.
Is it normal for a bf baby to go this long without a poo? Does it tend to be less often in this heat? Ethan suffered awful constipation but was ff so I can't really compare

Don't know if its normal but M on,y goes about every 3 days now. Her wind gets progressively smellier as well.

How old is Florrie?
After 4 – 6 weeks, some babies stool less frequently, with stools as infrequent as one every 7-10 days. As long as baby is gaining well, this is normal. From here - kellymom.com/.../newborn-nursing
C was also BF and an infrequent pooper, the HV said it was normal for a BF baby.

Thanks. She's 11 weeks now, so hopefully normal. Not had her weighed for a few weeks but getting bigger so assume its fine

Sophie is 12 weeks and the longest she has gone is 10 days after frequent poos at the beginning. Her wind stinks! Not so much waste to process with breast milk hence not going so often.

Perfectly normal. Until a couple of weeks ago A would only go once a week!! Even now its roughly once every 4 days.

completely normal, Isla used to go once a week from about 6 weeks, I could time it to the day!!

Jude used to go about once a week too, I hated weaning when he suddenly started going several times a day.

P is 11 weeks and has suddenly gone from pooing 4-5 times a day to once every 2 days so yep think its normal x

yep, p is 10 weeks and is the same and I've been told its normal!

Perfectly normal. A went 4-5 times a day for ages then went to once every 4 days. Went back to daily and in the last couple of weeks has gone back to 3-4 days again. She's 24 weeks and am currently waiting on a poo as she's not been properly since last Mon/Tues!

Ok, so she finally went in the night - thankfully not the poonami I'd expected, but it was much darker than normal. Still the same wet and almost slimy consistency, but more brown than yellow. Normal?
