Hi I'm new to here but would like some advice or anyone been through the same?
ive just found out im 4 weeks pregnant but have no symptoms at all apart from dull ache in my left side near my pubic bone. I was pregnant last year which I unfortunately miscarried at 9 weeks but had all the symptoms then, morning sickness the lot. I am concerned about this and thought it could be eptopic because of the pain. I booked an appointment with the doctor who basically laughed at me saying I would not feel an eptopic this early on and it's nothing to worry about. She also said having no symptoms doesn't mean anything. I'm really worried. xx

4 weeks is very very early to have symptoms. I had no symptoms whatsoever until about 8 weeks, and that was tiredness. Never had morning sickness.
This is my third pregnancy (second baby) and it's been vastly different from the other two, so unfortunately there's no reassurance with comparing your pregnancies either as they can be different.
As for an ectopic, it's an excruciating pain on one side, you can't bear to be touched, and literally have to head straight to A&E. Someone once compared it to appendicitis in conversation, so it's more than just a dull ache.
Early pregnancy is full of cramps and aches and pains, which doesn't ease the worry. Just try as best you can to relax. Believe me, once those symptoms arrive you'll wish they hadn't :P
