I have been eating carbs about every hour for weeks - only think that can keep sickness at bay. I stood on the scales yesterday - I've not even put on a pound! I think your metabolism burns it all up whilst its busy growing a baby!

Could it be reflux? I suffer from that when I'm lying down - try having a slug of gaviscon before you go to sleep - it won't hurt the baby (it will just make you constipated if you have too much!) I find it helps immensley - so much so I go thru about 800mls a week!
