Is anyone else an only child and pregnant with their second? I am and I find it really weird to imagine what our lives will be like in February when number 2 arrives. I think it's because I have no experience of the sibling bonds that my children will have.
I can't get my head around how I will love number 2 as much as I already love my son. Don't get me wrong, I'm not freaking out about it and I know I will when the time comes (and already love my mini bump). But it's just bizarre from my perspective.
I'm a bit worried about bringing some sort of devil child into our family that will upset my son lol. He's quite a mild mannered little boy, but very bright and with a wicked sense of humour. I'd hate it if our second child was some boisterous loud brat!
I'm sure everyone thinks like this, as I said it just feels extra weird for me because there was just me, Mum and Dad in my family growing up.
Just needed to write that all down

I'm an only child and both my parents are only children! I'm preggers with number 4, no you can't give them all as much attention as you had, they do have to just get on with it a bit and they will probably be a bit boisterous..........
But they'll just get on with it, demand less attention and be much better in social situations! All in can say is that it's my belief that bigger families make more resilient balanced kids, so don't worry, it'll be great x x x
