My dad is special because he helped us to buy our family home by lending us some money and although we are slowly paying him back without him we wouldn't be where we are today.

My husband is a wonderful Daddy because he's forced to work away lots as he's in the army, 13 of the 21 weeks we've had her, and yet waltzs back in, like nothing happened and takes it all in his stride when, even after a week of no sleep himself to help me look after our beautiful daughter. And the reunions give the cutest photos!

My husband is an amazing daddy because he gives the best shoulder rides, the giggliest tickles and the biggest bear hugs. He's also fab because he's going to be solo parenting on Father's Day while I enjoy my first weekend away from our girls (a hen weekend - I didn't plan to leave him alone on Fathers Day!)

My dad is special because he is one of my best friends and always has been - we have so much in common and never run out of things to talk about.

My Dad is special because he's such a down to earth bloke. No lectures or sermons from him - he let me get on with it and is always there for me. They say you can't choose your family but if I could, I choose him as a Dad a million times over.
My daughter's Daddy is a wonderful man too. He's especially wonderful right now as he's just poured me a large glass if Rose after a hard day at work AND hung up the washing up for me. It is my birthday though ;-)

My dad is special because although he missed out the majority of my childhood through working abroad it's as though he's started afresh with his grandchildren. Every week he and my mum take Sammy out for the day. I think he's making up for lost time! On top of these he's undergoing chemo at the moment but still finds the energy to play with the children.
My H I a great daddy because he is Sammy's best friend, he's a natural born entertainer and always occupies any children who we see, be it at our house. Anyone else's parties or even just at the park. He completely shares the childcare and never worries about looking after S when I'm working away for a week.
