Hi, I am 28 weeks and I experienced exactly the same thing last week and then again last night at my aerobics class! The first time was when I had gon for a long walk, then the pain went when I relaxed, then last night they started again when I was half way through my exercise class. It felt like stitch but was constant until about an hour later!! Perhaps I am excercising too much? Not sure. Had u done any exercise?

I might try and cut it down, I keep worrying that too much excercise might bring on labour!! Especially when I get those pains at the bottom of my bump.
How many weeks are u leanne?

No, we decided to have a surprise. You?
I think I might start to give the aerobics class a miss, but the teacher has assured me it's safe right up until delivery! Not sure I beleive her though, she is only interested in getting her money!!

Me too, but I bet by the time we have had our babies, we will be too busy and tired for the first few months to worry! Hopefully breastfeeding will help me to get back into shape.

It's not weird, its just best to do whatever u are comfortable with. Mine are still so tender, that the thought of breast feeding scares me to death at the moment!

update on my pains this morning.I sat down with a big glass of ice cubes and baby moved which took the pain away straight away,so hopefully that was all it was been fine ever since.
I dont do alot of exercise either but I am really gona try to lose weight after this one is born, I am going to try breast feeding to see if it helps but dont like the thought of doing it in front of people so have got a breast pump and going to express before I go anywhere so baby still gets my milk but out of a bottle.

Me too, I have bought a steriliser, bottles and breadt pump. Will be nice for my hubby to help with the feeds anyway!
