I'm only 4+3 so very very early days and I have strong pains very low down. Similar to period pains. I also feel shattered and want to snooze yet can't sleep very well. And very sick. I'm not very hungry so just grazing,
does this all sound normal? I being so dramatic and over analysing everything!! Driving myself crazy!

It sounds perfectly normal to me. I had period type pains all the way through and still occasionally get them now. The mw told me that it's just your body stretching to make room for the baby.

I didn't work out I was pregnant for about 8 weeks as I had constant period like pain so was sure I was about to come on and had seen so many negative tests I couldn't face any more so didn't poas for ages.
The tiredness and sickness I didn't get/notice until about 10 weeks and then it went on until about 16 weeks when the morning sickness eased off.

I'm 6+3 today and have been feeling the same as you. Some days I don't feel as bad, others I'm exhausted. I've noticed the sickness appears most when I'm hungry so grazing is probably a good idea.

I find the same about feeling sick when I'm hungry and find I can't eat as much at once. If you have/had sickness when did the nausea turn into actually being sick?

I wasn't actually sick at all. I just had nausea from about 5+5 - 9+5. The tiredness has only just started to ease this last week.
Sounds totally normal. I never did have actual sickness, just nausea.

Yes, sounds totally normal. I had really strong period pains on and off up until about 10 weeks. Its just your body stretching to accomodate baby :-)

I had nausea all the time and was being sick from about 9/10 weeks. The grazing did help for me too, as did drinking ginger beer in the evening, I was less sick the next day if I managed a glass of ginger beer or two the night before. (Non alcoholic obviously!)
