From 15-40lb - what!? I was just wondering what the weight guidance was as to when he might need to move up. 40lb!? is that not years away!? The nappy sizes just confuse the hell out of me!

We've been in size 4 for months and months. Only just thinking of moving to 4+. F is only about 22lb I think.

Maya's not far off of 20lb now and she's in size 4s Isla was weighed at her 2.5 year review in May and was 30lbs she wears 5+
ETA I don't think any child weighing 40lb would fit in size 4 nappies that's ridiculous.

Thanks ladies. I agree Mrs B! O was 19lb 8oz last week when he was weighed and I think they just fit him fine, how on earth could the fit him double that weight!

I know the sizing shocked me too, O is just under 21IB and I just put him in the 4+ ones there doesn't seem to be a lot of difference I've found

I've given up on looking at the weights now - they're ridiculous. S is 13 months and has been in 4's for ages and still has loads of room. 4+ actually aren't any bigger, just more absorbent - I only discovered this recently despite being on baby number 3 lol

W is 14 months, on size 5's and was 27lb at his last weigh in over a month ago. We were finding the smaller sizes were causing leaks, but so far so good with these ones!

I still use 4's on my 2 1/2 year old ( for 1 more day hopefully!!) I've no idea on her weight but you can't just go on weight it's size of the child too. It's like clothes that are aimed at ages rather than height (like in europe) that would make far more sense!

No idea why they gave those weight guides they are ridiculous.
W is 30lbs at 2years 8months. She was in size 5+ until two month ago when she potty trained. There's no way she would have fit in a 4.
On the other hand B is skinny and was in size 1 nappies until about 3.5 months and she was well over the max weight on those but they were still huge, I ended up going up to a size 2 simply for more absorbency but she could probably still fit in them now!!

Thanks ladies. I'm just ignoring the sizes now! If they leak or look a bit small I'll move to the next size!
