Normal yes? Gradually increased over the day. Just had three or four lots about five minutes apart. Some vrty uncomfortable kicking happening low down.
All completely normal yes? :/

No. Not normal. Pain is always a sign of not normal. Have you been overdoing it? Braxton hicks feel like tightenings without pain. Sit down / take a bath - chill out but if it continues call your midwife - she won't mind, its her job

Just got in bath-sorry for that mental image- to see if that stops it. Haven't overdone it really, haven't had a shift since Monday but have started the school runs again. Have her mobile number so will ask her if they get worse.
Thankyou, am so anxious this time.

Bath seems to have eased them and baby has calmed down.
Will just keep my eye on it.

Definitely keep an eye. Totally agree not normal, if it's BH I was told no more than four in an hour is normal. Take it easy. If it were me personally I would ring mv anyway just for reassurance.

Absolutely not normal, don't want to scare you but b was born at 28 weeks after what started as just a bit of belly ache, if you have anymore please call the midwife straight away

How are you today chimpanzee?

Thankyou for all the replies last night! LM, I am ok today. Pains have gone, after I had a bath and got into bed. Nothing since then :/
Bailey, thankyou for replying, prompted me to text my mw. The cramps had stopped by then but just wanted some reassurance.
