No, I don't have them!! My husband does....he's got them from many years on his push bike mountain biking. He's just always put up with it. I suggested he try a cream. What kind of cream is good? Thanks for your replies. xxxxx

Firstly girls, can I just say your hubbies are gonna LOVE you! lol!

Anusol pessaries tend to be the most effective treatment from past experience - I used them when mine were at their worst just after having my son. Also Germaloids cream/spray is quite good at easing them a little.

hi, I suffer from this terrible thing for many years, they just got worse during my first pregnancy and now I am expecting twins its ever worse...I use anusol which is good and i was advised by doctor to push them back while having a bath using bit of vaseline..it was a battle first time I tried to push them in but now i have good practise, i dont even use vaseline cause they come out quickly because of the grease..If they stay out they rub against each other and thats painful...i am thinking of surgery after delivery.I know my advise came late but hopefully it helps to anyone else who suffers from them...

i have them too. another way to ease it when going to toilet is to breath out when you are 'pushing'.
it will ease the tension off and reduce the bleeding. hope it helps.
