In short do u guys think it's likely that this is a chemical pregnancy or something else, or could I actually be preggars? Don't want to see the midwife & she looks at me like an idiot if I'm not even pregnant! Also, don't want to get too excited if it's not going to happen! I'm no longer bleeding although still a tiny bit a very pale brown discharge (tho dont think I would've noticed this normally.
All this not knowing is driving me nuts, can't concentrate on anything, just want to know whats going on with me whatever the result!

Hi huni i can only offer my story, last year i found out i was pregnant twice but each time i was bleeding and both times the pregnancy ended one at 6-8 weeks and one at 10-12 weeks.
Both times i had positive tests from both hpt and doctors and i ended up having bloods done to check if the levels where going up, 1st time they didnt got up but 2nd pregnancy they did start to go up before i lost baby.
Any bleeding in any pregnancy should be checked, many ladies do bleed and still go on to carry a baby full term with out any pros.
I would test again in a few days the lines should either be very dark or if you have lost/chemical then the line should still be faint to almost gone, other wise id ask the doctors/midwifes to run bloods its the quickest way to know whats going on, they take 2 lots of blood over a 48 hour period and the results are very quick xxx
Sorry i cant offer any more advice, for me it was 3rd time lucky at ttc and iv had no bleeding this time (touch wood), good luck and i hope you find the answers your looking for xxx

boo29 I think I'm due the same time! Feeling absolutely horrendous which everyone keeps telling me is a good sign, but never dreamed I could get so sick. Ive been off work for 6 days now and seems very obvious to my colleagues what is going on- had hoped to be more discreet but throwing up every hour or so isn't easy to hide (especially as my colleagues are all germ-o-phobes and asking every question under the sun) Can't bring myself to say 'I'm not pregnant' as feels like a jynx, so think they all know. Will be glad to be honest with everyone after the scan. Still don't understand why being pregnant would lead you to be sick- doesnt make any sense. Still, very good and happy news (doesn't feel real yet tho)
