we booked a holiday to Thailand the night before we found out I was pregnant ( now nearly 6 weeks). I don't appear to be able to get a straight answer from my gp as to whether I need any jabs. I filled out a travel questionnaire as my surgery asked me too, phoned to make an appointment and receptionist couldn't get a gp tp speak to me, said a gp hadn't looked at my form, but will definitely need jabs even though pregnant and she will make me an appointment for a week on Friday!
has anyone been to Thailand recently and if so did you need jabs? And if anyone knows if they are safe during pregnancy then you will help ease my neurotic mind.

Have you tried the FCO website ? They are normally pretty up to date.

I have, they recommend some, but there are no 'must haves' and back it up with speak to your gp.

I went to Thailand in December when I was 5 weeks pregnant. I'd had my jabs about / months before. I had to have 2 jabs, but I can't remember ever they were. I think it was typhoid and hepatitis. I think it also depends where you are going.

I've been to Thailand, I was 8 weeks pregnant when I want and you do need injections but I can't remember which. I would have been pregnant when I had my jabs but I didn't know. I mentioned it to the midwife who said it would be fine
