Practical Parenting are looking for mums and mums-to-be to comment on their pregnancy diets. What did you eat a lot of? Why do you think this was? E.g Were you told to eat more iron based foods because you were at risk of anaemia? Or did you want more carbs for energy? with my oldest it was pasta, but only from pizza hut and i used to go mad for grapes when i felt sleepy/dizzy.
With lola it was ice, all the time was great for cooling off x

Pears for me with both boys!!!!
Never eat them otherwise-had at least 8 a day when pregnant!!!!! My boys are fruit junkies

Green beans,not frozen ones,had to be fresh.Hot or cold.,with number 3,4,5,6 and 7
Plum tomatoes,straight out of the tin,cold with 5 and 6
Marmite sandwiches,must be wrapped in greaseproof paper,not a whiff of cling film with number 1,had to eat them every day 11o clock.
Milk,could drink it by the pint with all but number 6.Strange though she's the one turned out to have a cow's milk intolerance.
