It was the same in 1996! Nauseous permanently, but never sick. Right through the pregnancy. I would end up nibbling on crisps/crackers/toast to take the edge off and as a result I turned in to a bus. Or something on a similar scale.

    I don't want that again!

I can't wear bands at work as I shan't tell until I have to. What helps with sickness please? I'm popping to the supermarket at lunchtime for a sandwich so if there's anything I can get there, that would be great.

I woke up when my other half came home from work about 1am and was awake for an hour and a half just due to feeling sick. Bleurgh.

Thank you for any advice Big Smile

The only thing that actually helped me was lucozade but you're supposed to limit caffeine!

    People say ginger biscuits help?

Really cold fruit helped me. Things like melon. And toast. Making sure I never got hungry either.

Ginger tea made mine worse but peppermint tea helped a lot, and sucking on mints like Bluewater said. Eating little and often, dry stuff like crackers helps. Try and have something before you get out of bed. I kept Jacobs crackers in my underwear drawer next to my bed!

Anything ginger. Ginger biscuits, but you need to make sure that they have actual ginger stem in them, not just the ginger essence as that wont help. Ginger tea, you can make a ginger infusion, by putting some grated ginger in hot water. Eat little and often and try not to let yourself get hungry. Also, making sure you dont eat and drink at the same time can sometimes help.

Acupuncture was the only thing that helped me to start eating again!

I didnt suffer too badly from it but I had ginger tea, also boiled sweets, think the flavour helps and the sucking takes your mind off it! I opted for cherry drops!

I'm another one who is likely to turn into a bus due to eating my way through MS. Ice cold water takes the edge off as well though.
