hi everyone , so recently I've just found out im expecting a baby I'm about 6 weeks gone but I'm so nervous😔 It took them ages to find out from negative blood tests to faint lines but I knew my body and I knew I was pregnant and I was right. I am a type one diabetic my bloods have been amazing and all in the 4's ( hypos frequently) but I can't help thinking something is going to go wrong family members are getting excited which puts so much pressure on me, how can I ease this? And has anyone else had diabetes and have had a healthy first pregnancy? I see the midwife and diabetic team every week on Tuesdays and I have my first scan on the 26th of this month! I want to enjoy my pregnancy but I'm just so scared! I have wanted this for so long but I can't still myself at the end of these 9 months holding my beautiful baby in my arms how can I ease the worrying off? I want everything to go so smoothly! My diabetes is stictly controlled i am 17..18 in a few months I can't seem to focus on anything else until I safely deliver my baby. Any advice?
