As my bump has started growing now, I wandered about the products to avoid stretch marks. What would you recommend? I've heard about bio oil,is it any good? Are there any other good ones?

I also bought the palmers cocoa butter (the normal stuff not the pregnancy stuff) when I was pregnant before & used it as regularly as I remembered & didn't get any stretch marks & I'm hoping that it'll work again. Gingerpoodle, I like the age idea, in fact I'm exactly the same as you 33 for my 1st and will be 36 for my second!

Hi judy , lovely to see the bump appearing isn't it , I have used aromatherapy for years - I use sweet almond carrier oil 50ml mixed with 15 drops mandarin ,5drops neroli plus 5drops lavender , I put them on after my bath in the evening n besides smelling lovely the lavender relaxes n helps me to sleep , I also use ylang ylang in the bath water as it's my favourite n helps lower blood pressure , I'm on number 5 n not a stretch mark in sight apart from on my boobs but I think that's from breast feeding all of them , good luck hun x x
