A's sleep is awful, and has been for a long time, so its time for a change...Queen Avi's reign of terror is almost over and she's not going to know what's hit her...we're starting EASY and PU/PD from tomorrow onwards. I have read the baby whisperer from cover to cover and feel well and truely prepared.
^^^I am also hoping that positive thinking will be my best friend
So, keep me encouraged by your success stories of PU/PD, or of any tips that you think will help us through.

No experience of PU/PD although I have probably tried it without knowing it had a name somewhere along the line
I did the easy routine with N and liked that it was a pattern for the day rather than strict routine with set times for eating and sleeping.

We had a disaster with PU/ PD - she just got so rageful when we put her down again. We just went for the PD part of it in the end! We started off on the EASY routine with my eldest and found it a really sensible to get us started with a pattern to the day.
