im in the army and am due November 12th '15, my partner is also in the army, Same regiment but we're not married.
obviously I can't bring up a child in the block, are you entitled to married quarters even though we're not married? And if so how soon can you apply/move in?

My husband is in the navy, we live in married quarters. We have friends who have children together and who are both MOD, and therefore they are entitled to quarters. I'm not sure in terms of applying because it's always been hubby that's sorted that out for us, but I know from when we got married we applied 2 months before the wedding and we were allocated quarters a month afterwards, but a lot of that was due to his draft changing so it was a different area etc as well.
The best advice I can give is to go down to the UPO and ask them about it, they are generally really helpful. My understanding is that even if you are a single parent in the MOD you are entitled to quarters so you should be fine x
