Hello lovely people, so at an appointment at 26 weeks they took some blood as was feeling extremely tired, it came back with my wwhite blood cells at over 19, repeated the blood tests at 28 weeks and they had risen again to 21, during that time I had a pilonidal cyst which was lanced then to take a course of antibiotics so me and my doctor agreed this could be the reason behind my raised white blood cell count, she wanted me to get another blood test a week or so after my course of antibiotics to check on them, so I went for the blood test yesterday at 30+2 weeks pregnant and had a phone call from my doctors late. This afternoon saying they have my blood results back and doctor would like to see me, so I was thinking ok what day can I make next week as my doctors are usually really bad for appointments...well noo I've got to go in tomorrow, told me to take a urine sample and receptionist couldn't tell me why the doctor wanted to see me! Anyone any ideas? Going out of my mind with worry, is it possible I have a little water infection with no sympyoms? Just worried as they say rised white blood count is an indication of infection yet I thought the antibiotics would have cleared up any infection, I aprreciate any information, thanks in advance
