My baby is laid transverse and on an afternoon, I get SO uncomfy. All I want is for the baby to budge over and stop pushing my belly lol. Any ideas how I can get it to move? I'd tried patting it on the bum, getting up and walking about, even shining a torch onto my bump and nothing!

Ive heard people say to try using cold... Like putting a bag of frozen peas on your tummy where you dont want baby to be to get it to move. I dont know if it works or is an old wives tale that'll do nothing though!

I tried hot and cold and spending lots of time on all 4s and doing the breech tilt and lots of almost upside down poses lol. Didn't work tho x

I did the breach tilt last night which didnt seem to do anything at the time. Cue the bag of frozen sprouts which baby really did object to but didnt do much except wriggle a bit. Laid in bed and I definitely felt the baby switch positions with head transverse on the left to head transverse on the right. Little beggar! Woke up this morning and the baby was transverse under my ribcage but soon moved transverse back into my tummy once I was up and about lol
