Hi there fellow mums: ) I am a mother of two lovely boys. 2 years old, and a 9 year old. Bit of an age gap I know. But there's a big part of me that really wants and would love a girl. Do all that girly stuff with, steal my make up and help dress. But yeah, I just wondered if any mum's on here have tried really hard to have a girl in particular and have successfully conceived a girl through the plan they had done with their partner/ hubby? I have heard knowing when you are ovulating helps, time it to be just near it to get a girl. Doing certain shallow positions sorry if too Tmi But any help with this would be great! thanks girls
Cheers for listening

The timing thing is the other way around... Girl sperm are slower than boy sperm but survive longer so you would want to have sex a few days before ovulation (say 3 & 2 days before) & then not on the day of ovulation. Doing this though would decrease your chances of conceiving each month as you are relying on the sperm being strong enough / your environment being hospitable enough for the to survive a few days waiting for the egg.

Thank you sw2 sounds like a great plan timing the ovulation at the right time Apparently eating the right food a month before is a help , and yes getting my down there an acidic environment helps too i guess a specialist wouldn't help with having a girl , as I am pretty good at making and having babies to date ..??????????????
