I feel I need a book to read to tell me about what I can/cant eat, BF basics, expressing etc.
Anyone got any recommendations? Preferably nothing too fluffy!

Not a book but have a look at www.kellymom.com which is pretty much the gospel on BFing - there are some great sections particularly on what to expect in the early days.

Someone bought me the La Leche League book - The womanly art of breastfeeding. You know they say don't judge a book by its cover, in this its so true. Its a very practical, helpful book. The cover& title make it sound really hippy like.

Could try Baby Led Breastfeeding by Jill Rapley (same lady that wrote Baby Led Weaning).
Was given this when completed breastfeeding training at work by the lead HV for breastfeeding in our area.
