As the title says...
Help, I am at a bit of a loss, we have chosen to have a crib rather than a moses basket and it would seem that really limits the choice of bedding available!
I didn't think I was fussy but am really struggling to find something I like... I like things that are bright, vibrant and a little bit different, budget isn't huge either which doesn't help!
I saw this last week but it is now out of stock :( - http://www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Little-Circus-Crib-Bale/375020,default,pd.html
And I quite like this one, it's cute but I don't know, there's something holding me back from buying it http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us/Nursery/Bedding/Bedding-Sets/Olive-and-Henri-Crib-Set(0092948)?searchPosition=12
It doesn't have to have lots of matching items as baby will be sharing in our room for the next 6 months then moving in with DD.

We never bothered with sets. Bought some cute sheets (fitted) and separate blankets to mix and match.

Ooh thanks Rosetta, will do that now!
Good idea Missus S, will have a look into that :D
My mum is buying it bless her so was thinking it would be easier if I found a set and just let her know which one it was, but it would seem not hehe

Was just going to say similar to Missus, I spent ages searching for the perfect bedding. But he was swaddled in the early days and then went straight into a sleeping bag, the whole set is still unused in my airing cupboard.
I love the Olive and Henry set though!
Thankyou Rosetta, they have one in my local store so I am going to pick it up now! Don't know why I didn't think of that before lol

Another one that didn't bother with a set. I used the fitted cot sheets wrapped around the crib mattress twice which worked absolutely fine, and were just plain white or pink. Then we had a flanelette sheet and cellular blanket, and again just went with plain white.

We didn't bother with a set either. Just had plain white sheets and used sleeping bags

We didn't bother with sets . I got some yellow sheets from Mothercare on offer and use nice blankets.
