I'm possibly being paranoid but I don't think the baby is moving quite as much yesterday or this morning. My due date is Wednesday. Is it just running out of space in there? Should I worry? X

The leaflet I have from the midwife says reduced movement before birth is a myth. Give them a call just to be on the safe side, hope all is ok xxx

I'd call just for peace of mind x

have you tried sugary drinks and lying down? please call the mw xx

Yes, as Weekender's post, at our antenatal group they said baby can still be wriggling between contractions and they don't necessarily slow down before birth. Baby's probably squished up now, but get checked x

If sugary drinks don't work I would call the MW. I was monitored about 3 times because of reduced movements before they decided to induce me. The MW's told me that I should still be getting a fair few movements even towards the end and the lack of space thing is a myth x

It's probably a case of less space but try the sugary drink thing and if you're still concerned then call the MW or the hospital - I had this just after my due date and they invited me in to be monitored, all was fine but they were more than happy to have had me in and put my mind at rest. The next evening my contractions started!

Thanks all. Just had a huge fight with ex H so bp is probably through the roof as well now.
Had some movement in the shower but will try cold drink etc and see what happens.
Thanks for advice x
