I've done a quick google and have read its quite normal to experience an ache etc on the right hand side under/on your ribs into and from the second trimester. I am 21+5 today and its really starting to ache. The only way I have been able to relieve at home is to sit the footstool in fron of the couch and pretty much lay down whilst watching tv. I have a job where I am sat down all day and if i sit bolt upright its uncomfy at the bottom of my bump but relieves the rib ache somewhat. I have read a back support might help it. Any experiences?

Sorry hun I can't help, I did have this but it was Lexie's head jammed under my ribs lol. Maybe a hot water bottle might help I lived on mine in the last few weeks x

I've found the discomfort is when Im scrunched up so have tried to improve my postuire this weekend and it hasnt been so bad. Also brought a cushion into work to support my back and it seems to be helping as it's a blow up cushion so moves with me.
