    Sorry your worrying hun!
It's totally natural to feel this way especially when you've never been through it before. The fear of the unknown is always the worst.
Like Lisa said, your body is made to give birth and you will instictivly cope because that what women were made for.
I've had 3 kids and i honestly don't think it is too bad, plus the pain disappears straight after the baby is born.

Sorry not much help but hope you feel better about it soon x x

belive me i think everyone goes throw this, its the un-known what i think is the worst and the second time is you know whats coming  but its the most natural thing in the world and your body does take over and you do kinda zone out  but even though its the most painfull thing you will go throw its the most amazing experiance you will have,so remember try and relax and just go with the flow and try to enjoy the experiance

This might not work for everyone but before my ds was due I was starting to get really worried about labour so I found reading all the different birth stories the easy and hard ones I felt more prepared when the time came.

Also even though I had a very long labour and he was facing the wrong way and they prepared me for a c-section but manage to get him out with forceps (the 2 types of birth I was hoping to avoid) I was fine as I kept thinking that people have gone through a lot worst and survived them.

I know you might of heared it all before but your natural instinct seems to take over and you seem to just do the right think, I never believed it until I experienced it for myself.

    Hope this helps.

This is going to be my 3rd baby but my eldest is 15 and the youngest is 12 so it has been a long time for me.
The labours with both of them were good ones and only lasted 7 hours with minimal pain.
Despite this I was still worried about giving birth this time as it had been so long. Now though I have got to the stage where I just want labour to start as I have had enough now of being pregnant,
So it just goes to show that whether this is your first time or you 2nd, 3rd,4th etc the worry about labour is still there.
Just think though hun that you will never, ever get that first meeting again with your little baby and that moment is so precious and labour is just the small journey you need to take to get you to that meeting and it will all be worth it. Honest.
