How long did it take for you to get a negative pregnancy test?
Its nearly 3 weeks (tomorrow) and just did my first pregnancy test and got a very very faint test.. Just wondering if it could still be from Jack or is this a new pregnancy? Me and hubby have been having unprotected sex..
Sorry for the question x

CC, I just had a scrabble round on google and some ladies are told up to 6 weeks for all hormones to be totally clear, but differs a lot for each person apparently xx

Thanks Hun looked on Google but wasn't finding anything useful just loads of posts of ladies in the same boat.. Will wait and see then my body is just confusing me.. I woke up to spots this morning and so thought Af might be on her way.. So no idea! Blah lol

Oh how frustrating. Some people report getting a BFP 4-5 weeks after a m/c, having had a negative test in between; others say they didn't get a negative test until 5 weeks out. Good luck for waiting and seeing, patience is a virtue :)

Oh isn't it just! I don't feel pregnant at all just very confused will wait and see..

you can request a blood test at the EPU CC, and they will monitor the levels and let you know when they are back at 0

Oh thanks, will have to be after x-mas now.. but will see if they will check for me :)

Not quite the same but after my mmc at 12 weeks I had to have my hcg levels monitored for 6 months (as it was a partial molar pregnancy) - I don't know what levels of hcg a pregnancy test has to pick up to show positive but i know my levels weren't back to normal til about 6 weeks are the erpc.
So sorry for your loss xxx
