Hi, just to let you know I had my scan this morning which showed no change from last week so they confirmed a miscarriage.
Have an ERPC in the morning. Apparently the tissue will be checked but generally only something rare like a molar pregnancy usually shows up, 'normal' abnormalities dont usually show up. I've also consented to be tested for Tyroid AntiBodies as part of a trial at Birmingham University. Might as well get tested see if its an issue!
I'm terrified my periods will go back to being completely irregular. I was on clomid for four cycles before my BFP so they had become regular through drugs, but I dont want to use a round of clomid (I have 2 left over) straight after the op as it probably will take a while for my body to realise I'm not pregnant and therefore not work (plus my consultant might shout at me!), but what if the first cycle is a long one? Not sure I can mentally cope with that. I want to get straight on with TTC again. I have a consultant appointment on 23rd Oct (was my next 3-monthly progress check on clomid which I didnt cancel as I didnt want to jinx things!) so I think I'll ask him then, I'm just worried he'd tell me to wait to TTC so I'll be in limbo yet again :(
Sorry for brain dump, I'm just desperate to be pregnant again as quickly as possible! xxx

So sorry browny. Life is so unbelievably cruel sometimes. I really wish I could say or do more to make it better.
I have heard of ladies with irregular cycles who following a mc have then had more regular cycles, almost like the body has learnt what to do and kick started itself. I hope someone will be along with a story to back this up.
I'm so sorry Browny :(
