Pain on left side. 7 weeks pregnant, has been going on all day. it doesn't hurt just a pain or a jab

It's been doing this all day like a jab pain on the left side up the top a bit not sure what is happening I'm not bleeding just the jab pain it's like every 5 or ten second any one please help
