We found there was very little to get (we had 28 month gap) we also went for buggy board, new change bag, new muslins and some new grobags (as we were very much a different season 2nd time round so needed different tog). I found that most of the stuff 2nd time round was just niceties rather than necessities as we'd kept everything from O.

Hello! How are you doing? Hope bump is being good to you (does he/she have a nick name this time!?)
No experience and I know you have cotbed but remember reading a lot as out changing the mattress for every baby - not sure if that includes Moses baskets/cribs?
The other thing I thought was car seat (although that's probably another eventually if you have E's first seat?
Honestly can't think of anything else, as coco says I guess it's just if you wanted things or if something you have for E you didn't like!

Maybe a highchair? Not sure how long E will be using his for, but although we didntm wean S till she was about 6 months she was sitting up really well from 5 months so often used to sit at the table with us when we were eating.

Like Coco says, we've found we don't really need much but M is a spring baby so a lot of things like snow suits, sleeping bags etc are the wrong season so we will get new ones of these. We decided to just wait and see what we needed once baby was here and we are yet to actually buy anything. We are using a sling for M with S in the buggy but a friend has offered to lend us a buggy board to try.
I dis buy new muslins though and they are getting plenty of use!
