Had to read your other post to work out if you're pregnant but I see you have a brand new new born. I think our bodies respond to labour in very different ways. Can I ask how your labour was? My sister had a C section & had bad headaches for a week & it turned out that they'd left an infection from the epidural & needed a minor operation to set it right. If it continues it's definitely worth getting checked out but it could just be the tiring business of labour & dealing with a new born! Take care x

I find I get really headachy if I'm tired or dehydrated, being shattered is pretty standard after labour, so it could be that. Worth having a word with your midwife if you're worried though.

A couple of days after labour I got very headachey and I'd just really overdone it with the visitors and not keeping hydrated. Rest as much as you can (!) so sleep when baby sleeps and drink plenty of water, call your midwife if you are concerned though. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm glad you had a good labour, I hadn't even thought about the heat, it's probably a big part of it. Hope you're feeling better
