Hiya everyone, just wondering if anyone got advice about pregnancy sickness? I'm pregnant with number 3 and didn't have it like this with the other 2. I'm 9 weeks and getting worse each day. Not actually sick YET!! But feel so sick in the morning and then evening time..... read the wrist bands may help?? Any advice welcome!!! lol

It comes down to finding what works for you. Many women swear by Ginger (be it bread, biscuits or spice added to foods) as a cure, others will find wearing travel sickness bands helps, for me it was ICE (good for hydrating you whilst also stemming the nausea). Best wishes.

I found I had a bad experience with a ginger biscuit so gave up on those. I had nausea up until 16wks all day. I found a glass of cold milk helped sooth and fill up my stomach and took away the nausea for a while, but I am lucky that I do like milk anyway. I also found sipping sparkling water helped. The ladies on hear said to eat little and often which did really help as I wasn't even able to tell when I felt hungry anymore. Also sucking on an ice cube helped and gave me some water at the same time!!
