ok so two weeks ago i was worried i had no sickness
now im looking for ways to calm it down.
has anyone got any ideas??
as at the moment im getting out of bed being sick then spending the whole day feeling sick and even waking in the night feeling sick.if i eat i feel sick if i dont i feel sick and even drinking water is making me queasy. HELP!!

Ginger buscuits and ginger tea are supposed to be really good. Also try sipping cold water and eat very small portions and more often.

Pepper mints are quite good but ginger biscuits are the best. I found mine cropped up when I was hungry, try keeping a snack beside ur bed to nibble on before u get up. I only just got tied of my sickness a week ago! X

lol its funny as im normally the easiest person to feed but these days im really picky
