first post and new here!
I am currently 6+3 weeks at 19 years old. I am still early days but nervous/excited and I am struggling with the sickness feeling. It's soon as I wake up to when I go to sleep. I haven't actually been sick yet but it's more a feeling off you're starving yourself to the point you feel sick and faint. I am constantly eating.
anything I could try and do? HELP!
-p.s I have tried eating little and often but hard with work as I don't get time to have a break. I am now trying ginger nuts and lots of water.
anything that helped you i'm willing to try! xx

i know the feeling all too well With nausea & sickness. I would suggest when you are drinking water not to gulp it down just take regular sips. to be honest there's not much that can get rid of the feeling. When I was bad with it the doctor prescribed be anti sickness tablets, (was admitted to hospital due to sickness & dehydration) But hopefully you won't have to go down that road.
Cucumber strangely helped me out, ate a practically a whole one a day, could be worth a try. Also Holland & barrat sell ginger toffee which I put in my tea so it was like a ginger tea, that also seemed to help for a bit too!

Thank you LanaJess.
I will try that..
I have also tried banana's which helped a bit and funnily enough i've tired cucumber but didn't think much of it. I'll try that ginger toffee though and see if that helps me.
